1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TikTok Agency Task Tracker ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

The Platform is a workflow management tool designed for agencies managing TikTok content creation. It provides:

  • Integration with Google Drive for content tracking
  • Slack notifications for workflow updates
  • Dashboard analytics and scheduling tools
  • Multi-user collaboration features

3. User Accounts

To use the Platform, you must:

  • Be authorised by your organisation to access the Platform
  • Provide accurate account information
  • Maintain the security of your login credentials
  • Notify your administrator immediately of any unauthorised access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its systems
  • Interfere with the Platform's operation or other users' access
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise security
  • Share your login credentials with unauthorised persons

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, features, and documentation, is owned by Joined-up Data Ltd. You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using the Platform.

6. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party services including Google Drive and Slack. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice
  • Make changes or updates to the Platform
  • Suspend access to address security concerns or abuse

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joined-up Data Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions or third-party service failures

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by your organisation in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Joined-up Data Ltd against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of the Platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
